Being a pioneer in the cyber security industry, e-Crime Bureau, a leading cyber security and digital forensics firm has been adjudged the best cyber security firm in Ghana.

Although the event marks the eighth edition of the Ghana Information Technology Telecoms Awards (GITTA) which was contested by topnotch ICT organizations in the country, e-Crime Bureau came out successful.

Expressing his gratitude on behalf of the company, Mr. Kwame Antwi Besiako indicated that the award would encourage the e-Crime Bureau to put in extra effort to raise their standard of service.

According to him, the award is an affirmation of the input the firm has made so far, and continuously, they would perform better.

Mr.Akin Naphtal, Chief Executive Officer InstinctWave; organizers of the event, said, the awards has over seven years focused on promoting the innovative companies within the ICT ecosystem.

And as such the company is proud to help promote it.

Present at the event to hand out the awards, Mr.George Andah, the Deputy Minister of Communication said, government is interested in developing a digitized economy by supporting the public and private sector to introduce the best products.

This he said would ensure growth across all the sectors of the economy.

He further advised individuals and organizations present to work hand in hand with the government, in order to achieve the set objective.

Other organizations awarded at the event includes: MTN Ghana, Ghana Police Service, Vodacom, Vodafone and Hubtel.
