In a move that increases its ability to innovate and collaborate with global partners, fonYou today announced that it has joined the Google Cloud Technology Partner Program.

The partnership enables fonYou to strengthen its ties to Google Cloud Platform, where the company’s iCarrier platform is deployed.

fonYou processes millions of user events each day with Google Cloud Platform, applying AI and machine learning to enable its iCarrier platform to understand customer needs and enable mobile operators worldwide to deliver contextualized product and service offers.

All components of iCarrier are available through the Google Cloud Technology Partner Program including iCarrier Data, used to predict and respond in real-time to customer needs; iCarrier Pay, used to drive mass adoption of digital top-ups; iCarrier Credit, used to improve business performance of airtime distribution platforms; and iCarrier Voice, used to automate voice channel sales.

“Becoming a member of the Google Cloud Technology Partner Program underscores fonYou’s dedication to work with carriers worldwide to develop progressive, new options for automating and improving the distribution of carrier products and payment services,” said Albrecht von der Recke, COO of fonYou.

“This partnership enables fonYou to continue innovating and collaborating to ensure that our solutions enable operators to secure new revenue streams, boost connectivity and improve subscriber quality of experience (QoE).”

The Google Cloud Technology Partner Program supports members as they work closely with Google Cloud Platform to build solutions that drive profitability in ever-changing landscapes.

It provides training and tools for building solutions and invites collaboration between partners and the Google Cloud Platform team to create solutions for end users.
