Ghana’s leading telecommunications company Vodafone Ghana has opened an ultra-modern retail shop in Tamale to empower residents in the region.

According to Vodafone the initiative is part of their effort to extend and enhance quality services to the people of the Northern Region.

The ultra modern shop was designed to meet Vodafone’s global retail standards.

It however comes with an art café which provides high-speed internet connectivity, a large retail space, and a live experience zone to enable customers engage devices.

The new shop also has an enterprise customers’ lounge with video conferencing facilities which will serve enterprise and corporate customers.

According to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Vodafone Ghana, Yolanda Cuba one of the drivers of their growth has been their focus on delivering unmatched customer experience across all key touchpoints.

She mentioned that their presence in Tamale is a sign of their commitment.

“The unveiling of this new retail shop is certainly a proud moment for us, it further demonstrates our relentless obsession with our customers to continue to provide them with the tools necessary to make their lives easier, wealthier and progressive,” she added.

The CEO highlighted that the new facility will empower the residents to plan and handle the future of technology with certainty.
