Vodafone Business, through its SME Masterclass initiative has trained 75 Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) owners in partnership with China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

The training focused on areas such as Financial Management, Business Management, Innovation, Hiring and Retaining Talent, Corporate Governance, Leadership and Change Management.

Beneficiaries also had the opportunity to participate in a Capstone Project challenge at the end of the programme.

The unique Masterclass programme, was introduced to support the growth of the SME industry in Ghana, the company said.

Tawa Bolarin, Director of Enterprise Business Unit at Vodafone Ghana indicated that Vodafone believes the insights and learnings offered will empower participants, transform their businesses and subsequently influence the SME eco-system.

“We remain committed to building and connecting small businesses, and this is one of the many ways we achieve this,” Tawa added.
