MTN Ghana has compensated all of its customers with free data worth 2GB for its current network challenges.
The compensation package dubbed, “the goodwill package” is expected to last for two days starting today, January 23, 2020.
In a press release issued by the company, the CEO Selorm Adadevoh said, “all data customers on MTN Ghana’s network will receive free 2GB data valid for two days.
He mentioned that the goodwill bonus package will be sent to their data account and not via a website.
According top him, MTN remains committed to its mission ‘to make the lives of customers a whole lot brighter’ through continuous investments in network and technology infrastructure.
“We appreciate customers for for their patience and support during the period of disruption,” he added.
